Bread Baking
$145 for the class starts at 10 please stay after the workshop to enjoy a delicious lunch of our cooking until around 1.30PM with a glass of local wine.

Join me in my kitchen at Kitchen Studio at Little Norfolk Bay Bistro and Chalets, Taranna, to bake some delicious bread!
We will discuss all types of bread baking in a home kitchen and how to bake the best breads you can for your family.
we will make:
beautiful baguettes to accompany a meal.
Loaves
Fruit bread
scrolls, easy to bake and freeze for the easiest packed lunches.
Home-made Pizza
We will discuss sour dough baking and how I bake it at home, but sourdough can not be made in this morning class.
We will enjoy our baking with a beautiful seasonal lunch.
