Simple home style meal left in your chalet for Friday night
7 course degustation dinner in the event house using premium seasonal Tasman peninsula produce on the Saturday night with local wines
lazy Sunday brunch in the function centre
$680 per couple for 2 nights including dinners and wine
Menus will be seasonal with the best Tasman Produce available that day choosing from the fresh fish Brendan catches such as trevally, octopus, squid or trumpeter, locally farmed quail, beef, pork, chicken, goat, lamb or wallaby, venison, rabbit or farmed seafood salmon, oysters or mussels, fresh fruit and vegetables grown by Eloise and Brendan or sourced locally. Eloise makes all her own breads, pickles, ferments, preserves, pastries and jams, menus created daily with the best seasonal produce it may look something like:

Home-made sourdough and local olive oil
Oysters with a tangy shallot dressing
Pickled Pirates Bay octopus with Tongola Curdy and olives
Salmon Tartare, peony capers and pickled cucumber
Grilled Rannoch Farm quail with a honey and mustard dressed pear salad
Slow-cooked rabbit with handmade fettuccini
Grilled Doo-Town venison with beetroot puree
Rhubarb Cream Brulee
matched local wines from Bream Creek, Bangor, Cape Bernier and Norfolk Bay Vineyards
