$195 for the class 10AM- 2.30PM includes a long lazy lunch of our mornings cooking and a copy of award winning cookbook.
Join me in my kitchen studio at Little Norfolk Bay bistro, to learn about cooking seafood. We will Prepare and cook beautiful Tasmanian Seafood that is in season and available at the time. We will shuck some oysters, clean some octopus and fillet some fish and cook them into delicious dishes for weeknight meals and special occasions, and discuss all sorts of ways to cook seafood using a variety of cooking techniques for the domestic kitchen.
