Join me in my kitchen at home and I will teach you how to prepare and cook games meats, depending on what is freshest and best sourced locally at the time, such as Quail, Wallaby, Rabbit, Venison and goat and discuss all ways to cook Game meats in weekday meals and special occasion dinners.
