Cooking Workshop Saturday July 27

$195 for the class 9.30 AM- 1.30PM including a long lazy lunch of our beautiful cooking and a copy of Award Winning Cookbook

Join me in my kitchen studio at Little Norfolk Bay Bistro and chalets to cook the best of the seasons produce from the Tasmania. Using a variety of cooking techniques to learn new skills for the home kitchen we will cook a seasonal lunch. I will create a menu on the day from what is the best and freshest, choosing from premium Tassie produce such as Quail, wallaby, venison, rabbit, beef, lamb, goat, rabbit, salmon, parrot fish, oysters, mussels, crayfish, abalone, parrot fish, trevally, trevalla, octopus, chicken, goats, cheese, olive oil. I will collect what I can from my own garden and what my husband Brendan, a commercial fisherman, has caught and collect all the other ingredients locally. We will cook around 10 recipes from my award winning cookbooks.
