Join me in my kitchen at home, to learn about cooking seafood. We will Prepare and cook beautiful Tasmanian Seafood that is in season and available at the time of the class such as mussels, oysters, octopus, salmon, squid, seaweed and fish into delicious dishes for weeknight meals and special occasions, and discuss all sorts of ways to cook seafood using a variety of cooking techniques for the domestic kitchen.
